Meet Sarah Jordan, FNP-C

Sarah Jordan, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner and sees patients at North Atlanta Primary Care’s West Paces location.

Sarah grew up in Roswell, Georgia, and attended college at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee. She graduated from FSU with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Georgia College and State University (GCSU) in Milledgeville. In addition, Sarah received her family nurse practitioner certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Sarah is accepting new patients ages two and older.  Her medical interests include all aspects of primary care medicine, like preventative care, chronic disease management and treating acute illnesses.

Sarah’s favorite things to do in her free time are spending time with friends and family and traveling. Some of her other hobbies are cooking and reading.
