North Atlanta Primary Care is steadily working on more improvements to its patients’ overall experience with new conveniences and services. NAPC recently added a new online booking tool on its website that allows patients to schedule their own appointments 24/7 at their own convenience.
Along with online self-scheduling, NAPC is excited to announce the launch of a new digital check-in process. To streamline check-in and reduce paperwork, patients will now receive links to any administrative and clinical forms required for their visit with their appointment confirmation and reminders. If you miss the link, patients can scan a QR code to the simplified digital forms upon arrival.
Lastly, NAPC updated its online bill payment portal. Patients can now view their account summary and pay a bill online. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage, and click “Pay My Bill” under Online Services to utilize this feature. NAPC has not made any changes to its list of accepted insurances. The full list of accepted plans is available in the Patient Center on the NAPC website.
