Hiroyuki Tada, NP is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and sees patients at North Atlanta Primary Care’s Sugar Hill location. Hiro has over 7 years of experience in urgent and primary healthcare settings. He received his undergraduate degree from Tokyo Gakugei University, a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Kennesaw State University, and a Master’s in Nursing from Augusta University-Medical College of Georgia, the flagship medical school for the University System of Georgia in 2015.
Hiro was born in Japan and moved to the United States in 2003. He is fluent in English and Japanese and is excited about serving the healthcare needs for Gwinnett County’s diverse population.
Hiro welcomes patients from age 1 on and is licensed to perform DOT physicals. His medical interests include preventative healthcare and fitness. He is a member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Hiro enjoys playing rugby and traveling in his free time. He is married and has two sons and three cats. Hiro proudly volunteered as a member of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in Rwanda and Vanuatu.
