Omar Rashid, M.D., is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician and sees patients at our Midtown location.

Dr. Rashid was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He earned his undergraduate degree in biomolecular sciences from New York University. Dr. Rashid obtained his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his medical training at the Phelps Family Medicine Residency Program in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

Dr. Rashid’s medical interests include mental wellbeing and adolescent health. He is a current member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Dr. Rashid likes to watch football and basketball games in his spare time, and his favorite team is the New York Knicks. He also enjoys stand-up comedy and has even done a few open mic nights himself!
