About Jessica Diggs
Dr. Jessica C. Diggs, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician currently serving patients at North Atlanta Primary Care’s Lawrenceville clinic.
Dr. Diggs was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended Carlow University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology before attending Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. At Case Western, she completed the Doctor of Philosophy PhD program via the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics earning her PhD in Health Policy. Dr. Diggs finished her medical studies by completing the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Saint Margaret Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Diggs has been honored as Outstanding Staff or Board by East Liberty Family Health Care Center, received a National Research Service Award, and received Fellow Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. She is a board member of Woman on Purpose, a ministry and service organization in Atlanta and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Her medical interests include family medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, gynecological procedures, NEXPLANON, and IUD implants. She currently welcomes patients 18 years of age and over and is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Diggs loves to spend time with her family and attending church. She also enjoys engaging in community service when she has some spare time.
